Distribution of school supplies at ESA, part 1
On Saturday, October 17, troopers from the Philippine Outpost and volunteers from Big Brother Big Sister traveled from all corners of Metro Manila to San Mateo, Rizal, to distribute school supplies to the students of the Eastern Star Academy. Each student got notebooks and notepads, and pencils, and snacks!
As you can see, the school is in dire need of repairs, new equipment and new teaching materials:
But that didn't stop the students from showing up at school on a Saturday, and enjoying the program prepared by Big Brother Big Sister.
